  5. To install Client Biller:
  6.  
  7. 1. Copy the CBILLER.HLP and CBILLER.EXE files to your Windows directory
  8.    (usually C:\WINDOWS).
  9.  
  10. 2. Start Windows.
  11.  
  12. 3. On Program Manager's window, click "File...New".  Type "CBILLER.EXE" for
  13.    the "Command line".  Click "OK".
  14.  
  15. That's it.  There's alot more help in the Client Biller Help file.
